Delivery and Return Terms:

Delivery: All orders are processed within 2 business days and virtual tickets are delivered within 3 business days. Delivery time is subject to change depending on the location and quantity of the order.

Returns: Customers can only return the purchased virtual tickets in case of event cancellation, date change, etc. You can contact helpforcreate@gmail.com for a refund.
Cancellation of orders: Orders can be canceled before the start of the delivery process of the virtual tickets. You can contact helpforcreate@gmail.com for cancellation.

Exchanges: Products can be exchanged before the delivery process of virtual tickets starts. For exchanges, please contact helpforcreate@gmail.com.

Shipping and handling charges: for create. does not sell physical products, but the virtual tickets sold are delivered to the contact addresses specified by the customers during the sales process.
